BPEC Part P Electrical Defined Scope

This course is aimed at plumbers and kitchen fitters who carry out limited scope electrical work (or ‘minor electrical work in association with their main activity’), in domestic premises, for example a plumber fitting an electric shower or a kitchen fitter adding some extra sockets.

The Bpec Part P Defined scope course covers levels B,C and D of electrical work. It does not allow level A work such as consumer units, completely new wiring installations and outside cabling that is to be done under the Part P scheme. For level A work the person must hold a full scope qualification and therefore it is advised that they take the 6 day Bpec Part P Full Scope course.

After successful completion of the Bpec Part P Defined scope course, you will be able to join a number of electrical competent persons schemes such as the one offered by CORGI electrical competent persons scheme.
